We wondered why restaurants overlook this unique method for serving wine. Thats where it started.
The more I thought about the creation of a wine list with only half bottles, the more it made sense. Half bottles seemed like a better idea. The better half.
So, enjoy the wine with your food. We suggest starting with a half bottle of white for your first course and then indulging with another half bottle of red with your entree.
